If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We dispatch the order after 1 day from the day of order received. You will be informed about dispatch date at the time of order confirmation. So you are entitled to cancel your order before dispatch date without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 1 day from the day of order received or before dispatch date. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision.

Conditions for Returns
For the Product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Products were purchased in the last 10 days.
- The Products are in the original packaging.
- If a customer received a different product or color than they ordered.
- If the Product is damaged received by the customer.
No Return No Refund Policy
- The supply of product made to your specifications or personalized.
- Due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- In case of missed 3 attempts made by the Courier partner to deliver the product, MalaiKart will not be responsible for product return and no refund and chargeback will be approved. Also, the product will be disposed of by the delivery partner.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Products: You are responsible for returning the product to us.
